PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online payment by PayPal only.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website.
All of our prices are in GBP.

Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide on your order form.

You can also pay and collect in person from one of our venues.  Please email for details of this service.

For those customers who regularly visit us at one of our venues, you can request to view an item by sending us an email a couple of days before we visit that venue.  If it is still available, we will bring it along. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order

Items will be posted Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays and stated family holidays.

Delivery is currently only available to the UK mainland.
Please email us for a quote for pricing and delivery outside the UK mainland.

All purchases will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, or Royal Mail Special Delivery.  All packages will require a signature on delivery so please bear this in mind when ordering and select a suitable delivery address.

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the actual postal charge for us to re-send it.
 
RECEIVING YOUR ITEM
 
As a company our primary aim is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your choice.  If, however, you are not totally happy with your purchase and in line with distance selling regulations we will accept returns within 7 days from your receipt of the item providing:

a) You have not worn or damaged the item(s)
b) You email us within 7 days of receiving your goods to be given a 'returns number' and details of where to return your item(s)

RETURNING YOUR ITEM


1) Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of receipt of purchase stating the reason for returning an item and ask for a ‘returns number’.
2) Goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused.  If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging, a suitable amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the repair for the damage.  You will be informed of this along with proof of the damage. 
3) We recommend that you return via Recorded Delivery (items under £36) or Special Delivery (items over £36) from the Post Office to provide adequate cover should the package fail to arrive or be damaged in transit.  Organika Gems is not responsible for any loss or damage when returning an item(s).  Please include your name and address together with the reason for your return.  The cost of return postage is borne by the customer unless the purchase is found to be faulty.
4) Once we have received the item(s) and are satisfied that the item(s) are in ‘as sold’ condition we will refund the amount due to you. 

Please note: Earrings can be refunded but, due to legislation and hygiene reasons, the pierced earring fittings must be replaced before resale and, therefore, the cost of such fittings will be deducted from any refund.  You will be informed of the cost.  This does not apply should the earrings be found to be faulty.

SHOULD AN ITEM FAIL TO ARRIVE OR BE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please let us know immediately by email.  All posted items are traceable and insured and, subject to confirmation from the Royal Mail, any item will be replaced if possible. Should the item be 'one of a kind' then either a suitable replacement or refund will be offered.  Any damaged items must be returned in order for us to make an insurance claim.  Return postage will be refunded in this case.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS


Customised orders and altered by request items are non - returnable.  If there is an issue with a piece, we will work together to resolve it to your satisfaction.  If found to be faulty, it will be repaired.

OUR GUARANTEE

All jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing fault for one year from the purchase date. It is company policy to repair the item if possible, replace with an alternative if it is not, or if neither of these options are appropriate, issue a credit note. Damage through mishandling is not covered, i.e. dropping an item from any height could potentially cause damage.  It is best to handle all items like they are cut glass! If you do unfortunately damage your jewellery, let us know.  We may be able to fix it for a small fee. 

QUALITY CONTROL

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, variations and imperfections are to be expected; in fact these features are what makes every piece unique, however Organika Gems will never use inferior or damaged parts in the construction of our jewellery.
