Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order.   

Delivery is currently only available to the UK mainland.

Items will be posted Monday to Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays and stated family holidays.

Please email us for a quote for pricing and delivery outside the UK mainland.

You can pay and collect in person from one of our venues, thus saving on delivery.  Please email for details of this service.

All purchases will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All packages will require a signature on delivery so please bear this in mind when ordering and select a suitable delivery address.

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the actual postage charge for us to re-send it.

If an item is returned because it is found to be faulty, the shipping costs will be refunded.

If an item is returned because it is unwanted or requires alteration, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
